Product Terms & Conditions

Aviaries

1. Our aviaries are supplied in fully assembled wall panels with the door already fitted.
2. Rivets for self installation are included in the price.
3. Installation prices on this price list DO NOT include delivery. Delivery price is dependant on suburb.
4. This price list includes a basic aviary with a single sliding door only. No locking is included.
5. All options are available as an additional charge. Prices are above.
6. All sizes quoted are approximate.
7. Special sizes are available on request.
8. NO DELIVERIES ON WET OR WINDY DAYS.
9. MINIMUM CANCELLATION FEE ON ALL ORDERS IS $50.00.

Sheds

1. Our sheds are supplied in fully assembled wall panels with the door
already fitted.
2. Rivets for self installation are included in the price.
3. Installation prices on this price list DO NOT include delivery.
Delivery price is dependant on suburb.
4. All options are available as an additional charge. Prices are above.
5. All sizes quoted are approximate.
6. Custom Sizes are available on request. See above for pricing.
7. "Precision Aviaries and Sheds" WILL NOT seal sheds to a concrete slab.
This is up to the customer.
8. NO DELIVERIES ON WET OR WINDY DAYS.
9. MINIMUM CANCELLATION FEE ON ALL ORDERS IS $50.00.

Carports

For Supply Only:
1. All carports supplied as kit form come with screws, rivets, bolts and welded floor plates.
2. Posts supplied are 2.4m long. If longer posts are required, add
*** Galvanised - $16 per metre per post.
*** Powder Coated - $21 per metre per post.
3. 1 x gutter, 1 x white PVC downpipe, 1 x nozzle and 2 x elbows are included in price.

For Installation:
1. The above installation charges allow for bolting the posts to a pre-existing concrete slab.
2. If concreting posts into ground is required, add $50 per post.
3. We connect the downpipe to the gutter, but DO NOT connect the downpipe to the stormwater. This is to be done
by others.
4. Extra Height Carports are subject to additional installation charges as per the following:-
*** 3.0m to 3.5m - add $5.00 per square metre.
*** 3.5m to 4.0m - add $8.00 per square metre.
5. Delivery charges ARE NOT included in installation price. This is dependant on the location of suburb.
6. Pricing of carports where installation is to be done by this company will be subject to a site inspection.
General:
1. Price per metre for Polycarbonate sheet $10.00.
2. These carports ARE NOT designed for pedestrian loading (standing or walking on).
3. Precision Aviaries and Sheds will provide a plan view of carport only. We WILL NOT provide council
submittal, council approval or property drawings. This is to be done by the customer.
4. MINIMUM CANCELLATION FEE ON ALL ORDERS IS $50.00.
5. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Dog Kennel

1. Dog Run do not include a Steel Kennel, if required an additional $265.00 is to be added.
2. Each Heavy Duty Dog Run includes a Welded Mesh Hinged Door.
3. Heavy Duty Dog Runs are in Zinc/Galvanised Only.
4. No Roof is included over run area. If a roof is required, ask sales staff.
5. Installation prices DON'T include concreting posts (if required) into the ground. For each post, add $40.00.
6. Installation prices DON'T include delivery.Delivery Charge is dependant on suburb.
